Overview:

CICR’s Transformation Education initiative focuses on helping children access quality education by covering school fees, providing necessary supplies, and ensuring they remain in school. This program is dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty through education, giving children the tools they need to succeed and build better futures for themselves and their communities.

Objectives:

• Provide financial support for school fees to keep children in school.
• Supply essential scholastic materials to aid learning and development.
• Promote long-term educational engagement and reduce dropout rates.

Key Components:

• School Fees: Cover tuition costs for children in need.
• Scholastic Supplies: Provide textbooks, uniforms, stationery, and other necessary materials.
• Mentorship: Offer academic and emotional support to help children stay on track.

Success Stories:

Over 60 children have been supported through this program, with several going on to excel in their studies. One of our standout successes is Kyagulanyi Abraham, who completed his education with our support and now works with CICR as an accountant, giving back to the community that nurtured him.
