The Community Initiative for Children at Risk (CICR) was founded in 2018 by Kabanda Steven and Kabanda Nicholas, driven by their desire to transform the lives of vulnerable children in Uganda. What began as a small effort to provide shelter and education has grown into a comprehensive organization addressing the immediate and long-term needs of at-risk children. Through safe homes, educational support, and life skills programs, CICR impacts hundreds of children each year. Our journey is one of hope and resilience, and we invite you to join us in creating a brighter future for every child.
